Frames will hold up to 1/4" substrates. Panels easily slide in from the top, no boiling needed. Comes with 6" rider underneath the 36"x24" and 24"x18" main panel. Made of 3/4" angle iron. Black in finish. Overall height is 42". No nuts of bolts required with built in holders on frame.
